Who you are: An application support professional with 5 years of experience supporting external clients on applications. Your looking to take your career up a step by getting more hands on with code and systems implementations. You want to get more experience with project management. You believe you can handle being the lead on managing a client relationship. If needed you're not afraid to get hands on with system administration utilities. When diagnosing issues you are able to understand and make changes to java or sql code. Your a professional at setting client expectations then exceeding them.
