Take your senior technical support career to a consultant level with us. Check Point Firewall level II experience is needed to join this team and have the opportunity to continue to train on new products and support clients. We need a technical support engineer to be hands with trouble shooting complex network security issues as well as be very open to learning new security technologies as our clients embrace new technology.
In this role you will be expected to:
Bring your 5 years of network security support to the table
Support existing clients over the phone and via email
Troubleshoot firewalls, networks, and vpn's
Know your way around both UNIX and Windows operating systems
Escalate when necessary to field engineers
Coordinate with vendor, client, and field engineers for delivery of appropriate hardware
Document interactions with clients
Professionally manage open tickets to resolution
