Bring to the table the following experience and we will launch your technical support career in multiple directions.
1+ years experience in a network operations environment.
Strong customer phone skills
Any experience in diagnosing web traffic issues
Experience troubleshooting in the Unix world
Proficient in HTML and or XML
Ability to use AWK or Grep
Administration of Tomcat, Apache, or IIS servers
Ability to draw conclusions from data log analysis
