Support Engineer

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves problem solving and resolving user issues
• Can multi-task and support 3 products at once
• Technically competent and user-support savvy

The Opportunity:

• Work with awesome people (us!)
• Lead the support effort for 3 leading-edge web products
• Interact and support “in the know” web developers and engineers

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support through our Forums, Email and Wiki
• Use existing skills and knowledge as well as appropriate support
Resources to find resolution to customer incidents
• Work with Aptana's developers as needed for incident escalation

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Aptana's suite of products
• Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, Ajax and other web development tools
• Great customer-facing personality
• You love to figure out/find the answers to a problem, no matter how long it takes
