Labtronics is currently recruiting for a Application Developer to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the VP of Service and Support our Application Developers assist customers with the customization of products sold by Labtronics.

Summary of essential job responsibilities include:
•Develop application modules inside of Labtronics products (VB type programming)
•Configure our products for specific customer requirements
•Provide web-based training to customers
•Provide telephone support services
•Perform other related duties, as required

Our Application Specialist group consists of people with various skill sets, the successful candidate would ideally have:
•2+ years of work experience providing application support services to external clients
•University degree in science, or computer science
•Strong technical knowledge of databases (Oracle and SQL Server)
•Knowledge of programming and scripting (i.e., VB, C, Java, ASP, etc.)
•Knowledge of networks, network security and servers
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong business analyst and project management skills
